SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Plaza Executive Suites LLC, doing business as Plaza Executive Suites (“Plaza Executive Suites,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages, the subscriber agrees to these terms.

Program Name and Description

Program name: Plaza Executive Suites Customer Care

Plaza Executive Suites responds by text message to customers who text Plaza Executive Suites with questions about office space, virtual office services, mail handling, meeting room reservations, and their accounts. Messages are limited to replies relevant to the customer’s inquiry. Plaza Executive Suites does not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How to Opt In

Customers opt in by sending a text message to Plaza Executive Suites at 480-500-5000 or 877-513-4575, as listed on the Plaza Executive Suites website. The first reply confirms the program name, message frequency, message and data rates, and how to get help or opt out.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message and data rates may apply. Subscribers should contact their wireless carrier for details about their messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

Subscribers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Plaza Executive Suites, or by texting STOP to 480-500-5000 or 877-513-4575. Replies of CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL are also accepted. After opting out, the subscriber will receive one final message confirming the opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, text START to the same number.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from the subscriber’s wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Subscriber Responsibilities

Subscribers must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Subscribers who change or deactivate their mobile number should opt out before doing so or notify Plaza Executive Suites so the number can be removed from the program.

Privacy

Information collected through this program is handled in accordance with the Plaza Executive Suites Privacy Policy (https://www.plazaexecutive.com/privacy-policy/). Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to These Terms

Plaza Executive Suites may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
