I sent a message at like 9pm about my heater making a weird noise. Fully expected to hear back in two days. Got a reply that night and someone came out the following afternoon. Turned out to be a loose part. He tightened it, tested it twice, and told me to call if it acted up again. Simple.

We have been a customer for 5+ years. Recently we switched to another executive suites company, and there is such a big difference, I felt compelled to write you a review. I wish our ownership had stayed! Hopefully they feel the challenges as well and we come back, but until then, great job!

I have had an office at The Executive Suites for over 6 years now. The location is convenient, the offices are clean and quiet. The receptionist Brandy always welcomes us with a smile and is there to help us with anything we need.

We absolutely love having the Plaza Executive Suites at Biltmore Office Plaza as a Phoenix mailing source. Anytime we have "extra" mail - Lyanee always gives us a quick call to ask how we would like it handled. She is always willing to get what is needed to us in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Plaza Executive Suites at Biltmore Office Plaza!

Our company has been using this Mesa location for years. The receptionist, Mandi Buffington is outstanding and always cheerful when I come in for the mail. I bring my son with me often (he has special needs) and Mandi is wonderful with him; always saying "hi" or asks him how he's doing. This is great because he needs the social interaction. The facility offers everything our company needs and the staffing (especially Mandi) is the best.

I been using the office services at Plaza Executive Scottsdale Kierland for the past five years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The facility is not only beautiful but also impeccably clean, creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Jorden, the front desk representative, is consistently friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any needs. The availability of the conference room has never been an issue, making it easy for me and my team to plan meetings without hassle. If you’re looking for top-tier executive office space in Scottsdale, this is hands down the best option!

I have known Lyanne at Plaza Executive Suites for several years. To refer to her as a "receptionist" is to understate her importance. She does so much more than just greet clients/customers and deliver mail. She is highly professional, prompt, and polite. As the public face of the building she sets a professional tone and upholds high standards. This is a good place to have your business, and even better because of her.

The Executive Suites is where my office is currently. I love how clean the kitchen and bathrooms are. The front desk has been the biggest help to me and my pet fish. Jon has went above his job for me in feeding him on days I am gone out of town for work. He always has a great attitude and willing to help. Thank you Jon. Mr Meatball Thanks you!
